I have a feeling I may be starting these quite a lot. Is nobody else from the UK in this group?
Managed to drink my 3 litres of water yesterday, so I might stick to that goal from now on.
Anyways, my goals today are:
1. Weigh in. DONE.
2. Do Level 1 of 30 Day Shred. DONE.
3. Drink 3 litres of water.
4. Smile! Happiness is a choice.
Have a great day my lovelies. :flowerforyou:

That might be the case at least for me Rachael. Im over in NY so if I don't post the night before you will most likely beat me to creating the goals post. Nothing wrong with that though

I keep forgetting to look for these, but now that we have someone from the UK posting them I will be better about it! ;-)
This is, of course, just my own laziness--in the past I'd not want to start it so if I waited for someone else to start it in the morning I'd be running around doing my morning stuff and not end up posting after I'd done or not my morning goals. (I'm in US Central time zone, but get up early, and for this challenge going forward will try to post immediately upon getting up.)0
