I was introduced to this idea recently from a friend who has had great results. I am also eating Paleo-ish foods already. I just ordered the Allergen Free Vanilla Shake and the Thermobond pills. (so I should be starting in a couple of weeks). I could use friendly advise and support as I do not know much about this lifestyle. Friend me!
