Had a nice day today with DH. For once we were not rubbing each other up the wrong way. Life is so stressful when you are not happy with your SO!

I am happy today for a few reasons. First, Michael's second blood test came back and it says that no hepatitis is found!!! Praise sweet Jesus above. At this point, the doctors consider him cured. We really haven't known a life that hasn't centered around his hepatitis c. He was diagnosed two weeks after we started dating....that was more than 5 years ago.
Second, I get to go to my WLS support group. It has been quite a while since I have gone because of all of the unrest in Ferguson. I didn't feel safe traveling in the areas I have to go through as a white woman who would be alone. Things have calmed down so I get to go!!
And third because I had a huge NSV today. This morning I was getting dressed in the bathroom as I do occasionally. Most of the time I avoid looking into the huge mirror until I am covered because I hate looking at all my sagging skin. But today I looked. And what I saw was wonderful. I have the beginnings of a waist!!!!! I've never had a waist even when I hit my lowest weight!0 -
