day 6

how is everyone doing on day 6?

i am struggling to stay within my calorie goal... may do some more walking instead of snacking!!

    Hiya, walks are great for clearing the mind, I wish I took one today - tomorrow I'll make up for it I just need a good night's sleep, was up with my 3 yr old last night and it kind of blew my motivation for the day. Keep logging, get plenty of protien and hopefully that will keep you from snacking too much. Have a good night.

    Eta- great loss so far, I just noticed that. Whatever you're doing it's working : )

    Ugh. I just baked a pie, specifically so I could gnaw on it. I'd been doing FABULOUS with my eating up til today and not even feeling hungry or craving anything or even thinking about sugar. Then BAM. Today I was like a wild animal and I had no treats in the house so I actually scounged together the ingredients and BAKED A FREAKING PIE. But thankfully after eating a piece my craving was gone. I feel better. Don't know what that was all about.

    For day 6 my mini goals are:

    drink 8 cups of water -didn't complete

    walk my dog 2x today - completed

    eat healthy - completed

    workout on treadmill or stationary bike- completed

    I keep on only completing 2/3 goals.
