So frustrated. Went to a foot doctor for pain I've been having on the left side of my foot after my runs and when walking bare foot in my house. I have stress fracture:noway: --I have to wear a big ol boot! He told me if wanted to continue to work out at my age, I need to take care of this foot so that I can work out again. SIGH!! So back to setting myself to Sedentary!! Hard seeing my fitbit numbers decrease! :grumble: :sad:
