challenges

Is anyone doing a particular progrma/diet/meal plan during this time? I have a meal plan book so ill be starting a meal plan next week its a 12 program its not a diet and its not designed for weightloss its designed just to get you used to meal prepping, and healthy eating making sure your getting all your nutrients which is something i need because i tend to accidently under eat sometimes and when i do over eat its rarely healthy stuff so i think this will help i do plan to workout more to but i dont have a specific plan
