Switching from VLCD to LCD

I am currently on VLCD (four meal replacements a day and 110 oz of water) and soon I will be switching over to LCD (I'll have one "real" meal a day) and I am very nervous about it. Has anyone else switched from one program to the other? Challenges? Successes? Meal ideas? Anything would be great!

    I switched shortly before transitioning to maintenance from 3 shakes per day to 2 shakes and 1 meal. My clinic has very stringent rules about that one meal, basically a handful of protein choices and 10 or so veggies. Nothing added to the meat or veggies other than spices, lemon, tabasco, 0 cal/0 carb seasoning options. Still no fruit, carbs, dairy, fat though. It's by far the harder option because as soon as you start eating food you have to deal with all the temptations again. Did your clinic give you a plan? My advice stick to that to the letter.
