Go running, work hard during pilates class, keep calories under goal, go to bed at a reasonable hour.

(Managed to do the fourth one yesterday--couldn't help it, I practically fell in bed--for the first time in a while, and I feel so good this morning as a result.)

    1. Stop being sick.
    2. Drink plenty of water.
    3. Come up with a new diet plan - the Whole 30 is far too restrictive for me. I want to follow something similar, but a plan that I can stick with long term.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Yesterday I met all my goals and even got a run in as well :)

    Todays goals
    1. stick with my preplanned meals. If I eat anything else I will go over
    2. drink 10 glasses of water
    3. p90x (complete - kinda slacked but I feel the start of a cold and am blah.)
  • Ok, so I am still at the same weight. I experimented yesterday and under ate and felt like crap. I'm going to try over eating from my limit by 200 today to see what that does.

    Goals:
    1. Experiment with caloric limit (primarily eating protein, meat)
    2. Zumba
    3. If weight doesn't let up possibly try strength training.

For the past few days I have been drinking juice andd i hardly ever (since highschool) drink juice. SO my goal for today is to stop the foolishesness.

Eat an apple for snack before karate and eat dinner (no desert or junky additions)
