Good Morning!!!
Congratulations and well done on whatever your result yesterday!!!! For those of you who lost weight!!! That's great. For those who maintained that's so good too!!! If you put on weight then just reassess what when wrong and we're all here to give you support!!! Please feel free to email me if you need too.
So here we go, week 2!!!! Who's been healthy this morning and what are your mini goals for the day?
Mine is:
-Walk the dog
- Do day 2 of the 30 day shred
- Eat a healthy lunch and dinner

It has been wonderful 8 days and I am looking forward for more!
My mini goals are:
Drink Water
Eat within calorie
Do not think negative.

Yesterday I went slighly over since I was super hungry and I didn't exercise...bleh...I am getting a lot better at weighing out my food though and really seeing what a portion is (1 portion of velvetta mac n cheese was a *LOT* smaller than I thought it was *sad kitten*)
So today! Doing good, not as hungry as yesterday so far.
Mini goals:
1. log everything and stay on target
2. do planned exercise
3. get to bed earlier (ie...get the girls to bed earlier so I can get to bed earlier...)0 -
My day 9 mini goals are:
to walk my dog
to drink 8 cups of water
workout on my stationary bike0 -
Mini goals for me
1 Drink 2 litres of water whilst in work
2 Stick to my planned meals
3 Stand and do all my ironing before I sit down this evening! not sure if it burns calories but just not seeing it piling up will make me feel so dam good.

2. Not drink any liquid calories

my mini goals for today are
- walk during lunch even though its freezing cold down in Alberta (burr)
- Limit my sweet intake to 3/4 of a hot chocolate (to help with the headaches from stopping sugar completely)
- No junk food0 -
I'm back to using my ab roller my hip was hurting so took a few days off - 3 reps of 10!
Did my walk - small hill - 25 times up and down - great work out:happy:0 -
You are putting me to shame so I am going to take my gym routine up a notch and see how it goes...0

So far Week 2 has been great. Yesterday went so well and I feel back on track. My only goal today is to stay within my calorie goal. If I can do this 2 days in a row I know that I can do it the rest of the week. I'm planning to add more steps and water as the week goes on, but for now, I am focusing all of my efforts on food.0

Having a great week! Hoping to keep it up, but will be giving myself a break on Saturday for a wedding I'm in.
Today's goals:

My Goal was to get my Run in: Got it. Finish the day with more walking than usual and eat healthy. The walking should be easy since it's a school day. The eat healthy will be a challenge since it's a school day... LOL. The rest of the week, I need to get a least one more run in and Lots more walking in. Eat healthy and Try to get at least some resistance training in. That's been a problem this week. I will be moving my mom this weekend, so that should take care of at least some of the resistance training. LOL! Good luck to everyone!0

Evening everyone!! So I met my mini goal of working out, but I totally blew my eating healthy mini goal.
I will do it tomorrow. This is my time Looking forward to dress shopping for my upcoming wedding.

I've decided to start getting more specific with my goals:
Running - 6 or more miles a week
Hiking - 4 or more miles a week
HIIT (p90x) - 5 workouts a week
Walking - 6 or more miles a week
Weight Lifting - 1 Hour or more a week
Spend some time on my Healthy Dinner Menu.

I succeeded in my goals!

The first proved challenging because thinking I would only have to walk 3 miles for one errand I found out I needed to go back out and then ended up with closer to 6 which is a lot for me. The second was eye opening, I am way under my calories today after not having any soda, milk, or beer (bowling league was tonight, lol).0 -
