    I agree that today is a sad day....I am on another forum and had to type the date in to start a topic and it was hard to do.

    I got over 10,000 steps in so that was a plus....on the negative side, I packed up my office in a huge backpack and briefcase and brought all the paperwork home with me!! That means it is on the treadmill this weekend during my breaks in my work! lol OR...I could do a walking DVD with leslie...OR maybe laughing and dancing with an old Richard Simmons DVD would be fun!!!
