I ate mostly healthy today. I didn't drink enough water. I did my run today, although it wasn't as good as would have liked, the hills kill me. My husband and I agree I have to find a better outdoor place to run if I'm going to be prepared for my 5k. I stayed within my calorie limits. Not a bad day overall. We'll see how tomorrow goes. Tomorrow we move my mother out, and I know she plans on buying pizza for everyone.0
