-Ignore the bagels and donuts that are sitting at the table next to me.

Very exciting! Have a blast. And you too at the football game, tress.
I am so tired/stressed this week, so my biggest one is taking advantage that I have no exciting plans for the evening and getting to bed at a reasonable hour. Also, since I blew off my bike commute (could not handle the new fall weather plus rain), I want to run, maybe on the treadmill if I can make myself, as I'd like to practice pushing myself to some faster speeds. I'd also love to add in another class of some sort at the gym.
We are having some sort of lunch brought in at work, which always involves cookies or the like, so my final goal is to exercise restraint and stay within my calories.0 -
Great plans for the day, friends! You are all working so hard!
I have the day "off," so my goals are:
*drink at least 80 ounces of water
*ride on the exercise bike, averaging 18 mph, for 60 minutes (double my daily goal) - and do this much earlier so that I can fall asleep at a decent hour
*Work outside while praying we really get the rain this time
*reach my daily protein goal and not exceed my sugar or carbs
*only eat back 50-75 percent of my exercise calories
Wishing you all a great day!0 -
