Do I believe how many calories MFP says I have left, or FitBit? And why do they differ? Thank you.

Yes I too would love to know the answer to this, as well. It drives me nuts that one says one thing and the other says different. (also probably doesn't help that I have MFP in kilojoules and Fit Bit in Calories) How can I change the fitbit to Kilojoules?

I trust Fitbit's calories. If I set them both to lose 1.5 lbs a week, set Fitbit at sedentary and enable negative adjustments, by the end of the day MFP has 400 calories more. I think it has something to do with the fact that without the Fitbit steps, the amount needed to lose 1.5 lbs a week would be less than 1200, but it works with 1200 calories as being the lowest you can go, so even if you did enough exercise to give you around 1600 at the end of the day it adjusts according to 1200 as the base number? Something like that anyways. Since Fitbit has no minimum, I trust it for accuracy.
