Hello My name is Liz, I am new to this group.. I just found it, I don't know how I ended up coming across it but I am so excited to see a community of Christian's supporting each other in a weight loss journey. I am a Christian. I am married going on six year's in November. I have a four year old daughter. I am here for you guys and hopefully I can make new friends. Feel free to add me. I know getting to a healthy weight has been really hard for me. But I also know that The Lord can help me and that by myself I can do nothing:happy: but with His strength and dedication it is possible.
