Sunday 14th September

Hi, everyone. I'm just back from my 35 minute swim. I find I am resting less between lengths so am pleased that I am building up stamina.

    That sounds like a perfect workout to start the day!

    My goals today are:

    *drink a gallon of water
    *ride my exercise bike for 60 minutes
    *keep up the good work on eating more protein, less sugar, and fewer carbs
    *stay within my calorie goal, eating back no more than half of my exercise calories

    My goal today is mainly relax with friends and recover from yesterdays workout and race.

    Todays goals:
    1. stay under calories
    2. process and freeze all the veggies and fruits in the fridge (veggies are done fruits I will do later)
    3. get to bed early since tomorrow will be a busy early day

    Today I'm going to run 4 miles of the Tweetsie Trail and walk the 4 miles back to the car to burn at least 600 calories. Also, I'm not going to eat those calories back!
