Starting late, but I can add my stuff now. I weigh on Fridays, so I already have my week 1 numbers:
For the short term season:
SW: 176
week 1 CW: 173.5
Total lost: 2.5
GW: 155-160
UGW: 135-145 (Depends on how I feel once I get there)0 -
Well 2lb gain this week, but I had expected that due to less exercise and bad portion sizes. Not the end of the world though as I have been back on track the last few days so not going to let it get me down.
Hopefully next week will be better.
