    Starting late, but I can add my stuff now. I weigh on Fridays, so I already have my week 1 numbers:

    For the short term season:

    SW: 176

    week 1 CW: 173.5

    Total lost: 2.5

    GW: 155-160

    UGW: 135-145 (Depends on how I feel once I get there)

    Well 2lb gain this week, but I had expected that due to less exercise and bad portion sizes. Not the end of the world though as I have been back on track the last few days so not going to let it get me down.
    Hopefully next week will be better.
    Well done to those who have managed to lose!!!
