Hungry After Biking

So I have recently started riding my bike to work, it's about ten miles daily. I am STARVING afterward. I'm eating plenty of protein and drinking LOTS of water (96oz today).

    How about eat after you get to work if you are able to? Doing ten miles before breakfast is probably doable without bonking! Plus, it is said that is an optimal time for fat burning, cycling for an hour or so after fasting overnight and before eating! If you are trying to lose, that is...don't know your situation. :)

    Your base calories are only 1200. That's pretty low for most people. You could easily raise them and still make progress.
