Looking for support

Hey all,

I looking for a few friends or generally people who want to track workouts and motivate to kick butt, i have around 10 kg i want to lose approximately, i have mutiple aims currently, one is to run a reasonable distance, another is to lose weight, and a third is to gain muscle, being a qualified trainer i know what i need to do but i also know how much support can help you achieve your goals.


i have an attack plan which is as follows:

1, lose as much weight before december 1st, currently i weigh 97.3kg and i started on the 04/08 weighing 102.8kg. so its going well so far.

2, lean bulk over xmas through to march and try to gain a little muscle

3, trim and get in really lean shape for summer... more importantly my 30th birthday in mid may 2015.

my aim is to write a journal style post where i document my training, food and how my motivation is going, i dont plan on being OTT just report on hows things are going generally and post or YAY moments with PR's or weight drops/

I would love it if a few others would join me and we could regulalry keep tabs on each other.

If anyone is interested let me know. im also very happy to give advice and tips where possible
