Welcome to the 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge!

Clean eating means something different to everyone, ask any person and you'll never get the same answer for, what is clean eating? In this group the focus is on eating more whole and raw foods, avoiding unnecessary sugar (including sugary beverages) and increasing the rainbow of color in our diets, which means a lot more vegetables and some fruit.

I am one of several admin/mods here to support you in the group, to keep the interaction fun, supportive and most of all effective and interesting. Feel free to add your meal ideas, training regimens, to ask questions and support one another. This group is an evolve as we go type group so we'll be making adjustments along the way. The group is a rolling group, which means every Monday we can start over with another 7 days of eating clean.
