Today my goals are to get in at least 400 exercise calories, despite the hair appt. from h&*@.

Should I ask what happened, GSXR?
Today I will:
1) Drink only water, tea, and coffee
2) Get ahead on my schoolwork while not snacking like crazy
3) Get in 2 long walks with the pup
4) Eat well
5) Buy and install a mailbox!0 -
Biggest goal for today:
- when going to the bar tonight, no unhealthy snacking!
Other goals:
- stick to my planned meals
- look up some sports classes at university (I need to move my a...)0 -
Well, today I didn't have time to get my lunch ready before work. I went from an evening shift and switched to mornings so I am exhausted!
Todays goals:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Find something healthy to eat for lunch.
3. Take a nap between jobs (working both today which is never fun!)
4. Get to bed by 11.
5. Eat under calorie goal.0 -
Well I was going to try for no junk food but seeing as I have already had m&ms this morning thats out

Goals for today
1) drink plenty of water. I have noticed when I don't go to work my water consumption goes down a little bit so I am going to make an extra effort to stay on top of it today.
2) take the dog for a walk

make my kickboxing class even though i am very tired from traveling in a car 13 1/2 hours yesterday and having to work today.0
