Today my goals are to get in at least 400 exercise calories, despite the hair appt. from h&*@.

    Should I ask what happened, GSXR?

    Today I will:

    1) Drink only water, tea, and coffee
    2) Get ahead on my schoolwork while not snacking like crazy
    3) Get in 2 long walks with the pup
    4) Eat well
    5) Buy and install a mailbox!

    Biggest goal for today:

    - when going to the bar tonight, no unhealthy snacking!

    Other goals:

    - stick to my planned meals
    - look up some sports classes at university (I need to move my a...)

    Well, today I didn't have time to get my lunch ready before work. I went from an evening shift and switched to mornings so I am exhausted!

    Todays goals:
    1. Drink plenty of water.
    2. Find something healthy to eat for lunch.
    3. Take a nap between jobs (working both today which is never fun!)
    4. Get to bed by 11.
    5. Eat under calorie goal.

    Well I was going to try for no junk food but seeing as I have already had m&ms this morning thats out

    1. drink plenty of water
    2. stay with planned meals
    3. have fun with the dogs at the rescue later

    Goals for today
    1) drink plenty of water. I have noticed when I don't go to work my water consumption goes down a little bit so I am going to make an extra effort to stay on top of it today.
    2) take the dog for a walk
    3) go for a run
    4)mop my floors

    make my kickboxing class even though i am very tired from traveling in a car 13 1/2 hours yesterday and having to work today.
