Hi all,
Does anyone know of an easy way to log our 12WBT exercises? Do we have to add each individual exercise - ie. 30 push-ups, 30 towel pulls, 30 tricep dips etc. or is there a way we can enter it all as one block such as "12WBT exercise day 1"?
