Decrease in Drinking

I am attempting to decrease my drinking from every night to even moderation on the weekends and on top of that to continue to log everything over the weekends.

Most of the time Mon - Fri I log everything...my challenge is to log over the weekends and stay within my calories...and on the weekend to maintain my weight --I usually go up by three lbs and loose that prior to the next weekend with very lil weight loss.

So my plan is:
Log every day
Friday night no drinking
Saturday night 3 glasses at the maximum
Sunday night 2 glasses at the maximum

What is your plan, do any of you battle with this?????

    I just completed a No Alcohol August last month and I've been having a few glasses of Sangria this week and I'm actually over it.


    I think it will be an All Out Alcohol Free October... Why not!

    My goals are a lot like yours, i have not been logging in at all so this week it's to login and to stay free of drinking i have not a had a drink this month at all. So proud of myself. My goal is aslo to feel it and deal with it, i pick up something to numb my feelings and so am just going to feel whatever come up and deal with it.HARD VERY HARD FOR ME. Also get in the gym no less then 4 days this week two down and two to go.
