My Weekly Weigh-Ins

Typically I'll be weighing in on Fridays, but I'm going out of town tomorrow so I needed to weigh in today.
Start weight: ~150
Goal Weight: 130
Lbs to Lose: 20
I need to lose about 1.5 lbs a week in order to meet my goal.
9/15: 149.5
9/18: 151
I ended up gaining a pound and a half, but I can almost guarantee it's water-weight (I started my period yesterday). So if I'm down 3 lbs by next week, then I'll be sitting at my goal. Hopefully I can make it.

I'm only going to weigh and measure myself once a month just for this reason.... If I end up gaining a pound I don't wanna get discouraged and give up... Which they say that you won't start to be able to feel or see a full difference in your body for around 30 days anyway....0

Yeah, water weight can be a pain... But it's great when it goes away...
I've actually been sick here for a few months (yeah, months) and was just holding it all in... Sick, sick, sick...
Finally saw a good doc, she gave me a shot and better meds, and bam! Feeling better, and in one week I lost over 5 pounds... That's never happened (most ever lost is usually 2.5 to 3 pounds)...
I contribute most of that to all that retained water finally leaving as my body healed itself and stopped retaining...
Good luck on your goal... You can do it!0
