I'm a new member of the "compression sleeves for life" club due to "venous insufficiency" (blood isn't flowing out of my calves so I need the compression sleeves for help) and I ordered compression sleeves that were at leas a size too small. Talk about a pain in the calf!
At first, I struggled to get them on and it hit me - slide the sleeves (upside down) over a champagne bottle and leave them there for a few days.
Works like a charm!
