Who said YES, he will do the revision from VSG to Gastric Bypass. YEAH ME!!!! I was so excited when he gave me the news that I cried.

    Good morning everyone!!

    Sorry for the late response. I was at a weekend Party and just returned to "normal life".

    A VSG is the sleeve. My Doc in NY used the term VSG, so it stuck with me.

    Congratulations!! My mom had gastric bypass about 9 years ago and 2 years ago my father was going to get the sleeve....he was so excited and went to his final consultation to schedule the procedure and they told him he couldn't do it. They found something (I think it was a hernia that was pushing his stomach in strange way?) Anyway, he was so crushed when he couldn't do it.

    I'm so glad you get to. I can only imagine you've been waiting with bated breath to get approved. Again, congrats!
