Okay, time to settle down and set some goals for today. I've been a bit willy nilly this week!
Today I will:
*breathe, breathe, breathe! and focus on my project - enough with losing sleep over it!
*eat mindfully - no aimless snacking on my granddaughter's leftovers
*ride my exercise bike 30 minutes
*drink at least 80 ounces of water
