In another useless piece of research, of which there are volumes in academia, the more you run does not indicate your are addicted to running. You can read it, and, if you can figure out what it means, please tell us.

I eat every day. Does that mean I'm addicted to food? No. Many people use a computer all day because it's a requirement for their job. Does that automatically make them addicted? No. Addiction isn't about how much you do something. It's about why and with what effects. I can quit any time I want
It makes me so happy to see so much respect for and comprehension of research in the general population :drinker:0
