I've been told I should join some of these groups as they're great motivation to stay on track!
I don't really have much of a back-story, just been quite lazy over my time and know that I need to do something before it's too late!

I'm doing this with my girlfriend and we're enjoying it so far and being active is a lot more fun than sitting around.
