am new to all this, please go gentle
need a gym buddy in higher broughton or near, just gone into remission from cancer and the drugs have put some belly on me, I need encouragement and boost to get back into the swing of things, anyone else need a gym bud so I can join in please, need to lose this belly of mine, it is caused through drugs, not beer or food
