saturday - day 17

how is the weekend going for everyone?

are you all focusing on meeting your mini-goals today? i've been substituting hot teas for my almost-daily lattes and walking on the treadmill in the evening to try to avoid the urge to snack uncontrollably. i think it's really helping.

i keep thinking about the suggestion to do measurements and take photos and i think it's a really good idea! but i still haven't done it. i keep thinking about it as i'm headed to bed at night and putting it off. will have to add that to my list of mini-goals today and get it done!

    Hi, def take pictures, even a 10lb loss is very noticeable. I started at 170 but accidentally deleted that pic when I was trying to add my 155lb photo, I recently took my 145lb pic and I can see a big difference- I also see I have a ways to go so it kind of helps on both ends. Anyway, have a great weekend, sure has been quiet without moderator.

    I'm new to this 100 day challenge.,.so I guess it's more like an 85 day challenge for me :laugh:

    I'm excited to hit some goals by Christmas!! Hope you're all being strong this weekend!!
