Sunday 21st

Morning! Today my goals are to
1) drink only water for beverage choice
2) go to the gym after work
3) resist the temptation of going out to the regular lunch joint with coworkers (because its a delicious place and I always end up eating poorly there)

    Happy Sunday, everyone!

    I'm rather mad at myself for eating without thinking the past several days. I am an everyday weigh-er and watch that scale reading go up and down, most often quite like I'd expect given my behavior of the day before. Well, I am up-up-up, and it doesn't surprise me. I either need to accept that I'm going to weigh within this three pound range in which I bounce about on the scale, or refocus and recommit to losing these last pounds and inches.

    Okay, I am done with whining! Time to get to work... Today I will:

    * drink at least 80 ounces of water
    *eat within my calorie goal
    *ride my exercise bike at least 45 minutes
    *work in my garden - time to plant for the cooler weather
    *smile and enjoy this beautiful day!

    Morning all. I have my husbands company picnic today so it should be a fun relaxing day for me. They provide breakfast, lunch and plenty of snacks :) Last year they even had people shucking oysters...yummy!

    Goals:
    1. drink plenty of water
    2. make sure I log everything and pay attention to what I am grabbing
    3. have fun and hopefully the hubby will win one of the raffles (my fingers are crossed for the i-pad)
