It was a teasing month but today that scale just decided today was the day.
Crossing fingers it doesn't throw me back into the 90's tomorrow.

Well done!!! Your well on your way to an amazing journey. Don't panic when stalls comes along,,,they don't hang around forever. I am a great believer in rewards for reaching goals you set. Have you set any goals yet? I am still in the obese bmi category which is frustrating to me because I don't feel obese any more. But I guess a 52.2 bmi to a 32.2 bmi is progress. Reward time. Clothes for you maybe? I am having a new style haircut. :-)0

Great idea to set rewards for goals, I think I might get a haircut too - I'm trying not to buy clothes cos I know they won't fit me for long!!
