If you had a great week last week ...way to go! If it wasn't what you wanted and didn't go well just remember that "it's a new week" so get out there and eat healthier and walk at least minutes. Weather making it difficult for walking? Then do squats during a tv commercial or use two cans as weights and do some reps.

We can all get to our goals and live healthier lives!
