Hi
How did everyone do on the weekend? Did you stick with your exercise and calorie goals?
I did but it was tuff! The snacks were calling my name. I think it's because I was waiting too long between meals and then
I was ravenous, when I am working it is more structured:ohwell:

I had a difficult time mainly because I was in the hospital with my dad who was rushed to NICU. Planning to get back on track tomorrow.
- eat healthy meals
- get sleep
-drink ALL water

I had a hard time and not a hard time. I didn't track, which I should have, I know I ate a lot of salty goodness. It was my 2 year olds bday party. We had pizza, chips and dip, cake and ice cream. But I was busy busy, I swear I didn't stop moving til 7pm sunday night when all was said and done. Plus, I didn't eat as much as usually because I finally caught the cold bug that my kids and husband have had for the past week. So, I am mostly just really tired with a sore throat and coughing, and don't feel like eating much but can't exercise either. Man, what a punishing couple of weeks.0
