Introduction to P90 Challenge group

Hello guys, how are you? This is going to be one of the most challenging things I ever did, however I’m actually excited about it. This challenge group will last 30 days, and just to be clear, if any of you guys want to continue after that time, I'm more then willing to keep on going until we reach the day 90 .
This group will consist of me and 4-6 other people and I will try to keep all of us accountable with our goals. I will try to do everything in the best of my ability - to help you guys reach the goals you set in the beginning of your journey. I will help you guys with whatever question you may have and I will try to provide you guys with meal plan, simple grocery list and coaching. What I expect from you guys? To show up, do the exercise, check in on forums and eat healthy. The only thing you are responsible for is getting the program., and it will come with all the stuff you need:
*Shakelogy for 30 days,
*The calendar, and the tools you need to get the results you want
I have not done this program yet, but I did original Power 90, however I did stay on Phase 1-2 for almost 60 days, and I did also P90x3 for 45 days, somehow however, I am excited for this program to come out. When I started the Power 90, I didn't really had motivation to do continue for a long time, and exercises seemed repetitive. From what I heard already, there are tons of mixed exercises, so we most likely wont get bored. I'm really excited to have you guys on my team, and I'm hoping that you guys will be motivated as I will be for the next couple of weeks or months.
In this group I would like for you guys to check in everyday. This is going to hold you accountable and there will be many challenges and prizes(YEAAH). I'm hoping that this will be for all of us a total lifestyle change. It is not easy to have a passion to continue something for a long period of time, but I will say and write this “Lets do our best, and lets forget the rest’ ha-ha.
My only questions that I have for you guys are:
- Would you guys rather have this group on Facebook? I myself find facebook much easier to use than myfitnesspal, but that is just my personal opinion,
- Did you guys ever before used a teambeachbody website before?
- Do you guys want to start that program as soon as possible or the 6th October actually works perfectly with you guys?
- Any other questions for me, feel free to ask
