    1. p90x (completed but skipped some parts - allergies were kicking my butt to do everything in plyo)
    2. stay under calories
    3. drink 10 glasses of water (havent been drinking nearly enough)
    4. get my fill of big slobbery happy pittie kisses and loving. Rescue day after work
  • Well, I broke my week long goal already. >.< I had one beer, but otherwise I'm still drinking less diet coke. Yoga kicked my booty yesterday so I'm going to take a break from it and do some Zumba. I've checked my records and know my primary issue is I'm overeating. Gotta work on that!

    1. stay positive
    2. sleep more
    3. exercise like mad
    4. fight to stay in calorie rang

1.) Bask in the glory of having just bought size 6 jeans. I was probably a size 14/16 before, but only wore yoga pants for years so I wouldn't really know. I have NEVER worn a size 6!

2.) Keep my calorie count low in preparation for my friend's birthday party this Friday.

    3.) Lots o' water!

4.) Squeeze in another long walk with my pup.

How do you like P90X? I'm thinking about borrowing it from my friend. I've heard it might be tough on the joints, and I have a bad knee - do you think it would be an issue?

    Thanks!

Chia I like it but I do a modified version with lower impact for two reasons. One my knee likes to click a lot and I dont want to cause it more stress then I have to and two is Im doing it in my living room and I swear im going to shake something off the shelf with the jumping. I can see things rocking since we have a basement under us. Although even doing that I am still seeing results :)

Congrats on the size 6 jeans :D
