The results showed that when both groups consumed the same amount of fiber, those on the chickpea diet consumed less fat and had a small reduction in cholesterol.

Interesting post, kinda gets me thinking about wanting to try hummus.....will have to keep it in mind for my next grocery day as just getting back on the wagon with some changes myself (today, with eating and starting a workout program). thx.0
