Wednesday Sept 24 - Goals

So, I got a little motivation boost in form of a 1 lb gain this morning :-/

Goals for today:

- healthy meals!
- cook gulasch-soup tonight
- have a healthy lunch although I am on the go
- drink tea
- learn more swedish!

    Im feeling blah today so I want to get out of this funk.

    Todays goals
    1. make a healthy dinner and incorporate something from the csa pickup today
    2. go for a run later
    3. dont snack durring work even though i forgot to make my lunch. (I did have an extra meal shake thats normally my breakfast in my desk)

    1) Go grocery shopping
    2) Eat well, drink lots o' water
    3) Probably pull an all-nighter working on mid-terms - no bad snacking!
    4) Get ahead with school so that I can be free this weekend

    The weather here is wonderful. My goals for today:
    1. Drink water, one diet drink and no BEER!
    2. Stay within my calorie range.
    3. Exercise by walking to and from the rail station plus lawn work
  • I'm off to a good start again, I think I may have lost some water weight. My goals for today:

    1. Under eat a little to prepare for Friday's meal
    2. Drink only water
    3. Exercise like crazy
    4. Catch up on more sleep (first day this week I didn't need coffee)
