Hi all! I have been reading up on Chris Powell's Choose More, Lose More for Life. I am starting on Monday and need an accountability partner. It has always been hard for me to stick to a lifestyle change and I think someone that will go through the journey with me would help.
As for a little about myself. I am a recent college grad and health enthusiast. I love all things fitness and health related but have been insecure to make a change in my life. I have lost 30 lbs in the past but have gained it back. This has had a huge negative impact on how I view myself. I am trying to look past the weight regain and forgive myself for it. Now I am looking to lose 40 lbs for good!
If anyone is interested in going through this journey with me, please let me know! I would love to connect and be inspired by all of you!
