Workout Challenges

Hi, I wanted to open this topic as I wanted to share some of my challenges and successes and hoping you will share yours too. We can get ideas from one another of what works and what doesn't.
I have terrible endurance, so when I do workouts on a treadmill 35-45 minutes depending on how I feel on certain days. I start with a 5 minute warm up on a 2 incline and 3.5mph and then go for 1 minute running (started at 5.0mph; today went higher 6.4mph) and 2 minutes cool down on a 3.5mph til i reach 20 minutes...after that, it is a struggle but i try to increase my incline to a 3, do little jogs at 4.3mph and then cool down (a variety of these combinations) and than a 5 minute cool down.
I think I can push myself even harder physically but mentally I'm not still there and I still get a burn of 300-450 depending on how fast and hard I pushed myself! Hoping for better days. Besides, this is quite accomplishing for me as I dreaded just the though of running and I was so out of shape I would get out of breath on small road hikes (5 minutes) while going to my graduate classes.
What is your go-to workout and what are some of your challenges?

I am a huge cardio fan. I love to run bike, stairmaster walk anything cardio and I can do it for hours on end if I have the time. Normally on weekends I get in 2 hours of cardio.
I HATE weight lifting so I joined a Boot Camp that helps me to focus on the weight lifiting part.0
