Don't mind me, just a minor freakout

Gah! I am running 16 miles with my marathon training crew on Sunday and I am so not ready. I've barely ran this week and my legs have felt like lead (probably because I overdid it and raced vs ran last weekend). I don't know why but those next 3 miles are super intimidating. I've never run more than 13.1! So pardon me while I go sit in the corner and panic a bit.

Focus on the first 13.1 first, you know you can done it, you've done it before! Then it's just 3 more miles. You do 3 miles all the time! No problem.
It's all in your head, tell your brain to shut up cos you got this ;-) From what I hear, it doesn't matter so much how fast/slow you run your long training runs, as long as you cover the distance.0
