Do you use the fitness apps to help?

I've been able to sustain a streak on MFP that has lasted more than a week, and I think part of it is the Fitbit and Map My Fitness apps feeding into my daily totals. In the past, I would focus on only eating the 1200 calories, and it would drive me crazy! Now the other apps help me see the positive in my exercise. By giving me more data, that 1200 calorie number isn't so bad when I see how my exercise affects what I can do.
