Week #3 Weigh-In... down 2.5 lbs!

Happy Friday everyone!!!

I'm feeling pretty good about myself, I've lost 2.5lbs so far, but I'm not quite where I'm supposed to be yet. But....

I'VE LOST 2.5LBS!!!!

Start weight: ~150
Goal Weight: 130
Lbs to Lose: 20

I need to lose about 1.5 lbs a week in order to meet my goal.

9/15: 149.5
9/18: 151
9/26: 147.5

I should be at 145.5 if I am losing 1.5 lbs a week. But, I'll catch up, I'm sure. Heck--I'm already down 2.5!!
