What are your goal settings?

I am new, will be 6 weeks out on Tuesday and just wondering where everyone set their goal settings too? It doesn't seem to fit quite to what my dr wants.
My Dr said:
Calories: 800-1200
Protein: 70-80 grams
Carbs: 100-130 grams
Fat: 20-30 grams
Fluids: min 64 oz
Fiber: 10-15 grams per 1000 calories
Sugar under 10 grams at a time.

So I set my goals as such:
Calories: 900
Protein: 79 grams
Carbs: 90 grams
Fat: 25 grams
Fluids: min 64 oz
Fiber: 15
Sugar: 40

I just want to see what everyone else is doing. Especially if you are a veteran and doing really well :) TIA!

  • Hiya Okay my settings have just gone up as I am post 6 months now. (March)

    I was at under 800 calories for first 6 months and I am slowly working my way up towards 1000 at 12 months and then hopefully not too long after that, maintenance whatever those figures happens to be. I went to 850 about 3 weeks ago and then 900 this week.
    So for me :
    Calories 900
    Carbs 90 (I have really just guessed this as the system automatically put it much higher)
    Protein 60+ ( I don't have the same Dr directions in regards to protein that many others do)
    Sugar 45 (just what the system put it)
    Sodium 2300 (just what the system put it)
