It's the weekend! Woo hoo! And look at that "to do" list -- best get moving with this day!

Today I will:

*ride my bike for 60 minutes
*clear garden beds and buy seed
*eat within my calorie goal, and leave some exercise calories just dangling there :)
*drink at least 80 ounces of water
*work on the costumes for our local event - get one done!

    Well posting now even though the day is mostly over. I went to a huge garage sale with my mother this morning and picked up part of my nephews bday present. Then went to get my nephew and we went apple picking and two different farms to play and walk around. We had so much fun. I also treated myself to a growler of apple pumpkin hard cider. Yum!

    1. drink plently of water
    2 p90x
    3. dont eat to many cider donuts while apple picking (I ate two..which is one more then I wanted to)
    4. dont spend all the money I pulled out of the atm for the weekend (failed)

    What a great day, Silverstormi! Sounds like so much fun! I need to put apple picking on my "to do" list before it's too late.

    I just want to say I haven't even tried to eat within my calorie goal for today. Argh! But, I did get a great jump on my fall garden - collards, Chinese cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Romaine, red leaf lettuce - all in the ground, and some seeds (kale and carrots) to start tomorrow.

    So much for making goals, though...
