The zones

I don't really take much notice of this part of fitbit but I use it for a quick view of my current deficit for the week.

What are the zones exactly? I have my deficit set to -250 calories.

Monday = + 176 (in zone) Over goal by 426
Tuesday = - 398 (under) Under goal by 148
Wednesday = -124 (under) Over goal by 126
Thursday = -26 (under) Over goal by 224
Friday = - 115 (under) Over goal by 135
Saturday = - 521 (under) Under goal by 271

So my goal calorie intake is -250 from my total burn for the day, Monday I burnt 2059 and eat 2235 but was in the zone. Is the zone between -250 calories & an amount above total daily calories? Under would be -251 and higher but what about over?

It won't affect the way I eat etc as I just try and make sure that each day the burn is higher than the eating which all but Monday it was.

Thinking of just removing this from my fitbit, can you delete a plan and not just remove the tile? Any other area of fitbit that shows a quick view of my deficit?

    The are a moment in time, of 50 cal above and below planned eating level.

    Just about worthless in my mind, because why in the world would I care if at 1 hr to dinner I'm way under goal, I'm about to eat.
    And then what if I'm way over after lunch, but I'll be doing planned workout later?

    Just use your total eaten and total burned, confirm they are separated by that 250.

    Actually, if syncing with MFP that goal over there doesn't matter, set MFP to 250 and it's taken care of.
