K, what do you guys want to do? You want to set our own challenges as we did last week? I think many of us are at all different levels.

You beat me to it. I was thinking about adding one hour to our total workout time last week. I also like the personal goal as well.

Or we can add 1/2 hour if your team won or 1 hour if your team lost. My Steelers lost so would be 1 hour for me.

I worked out 5 hours last week and my team won, so 5 1/2 hours this week it is!

WOW! You guys are workout maniacs! I did 3.75 hours last week and my team lost .. Steelers .. :grumble: So I guess that is 4.75 hours for me this week.

I can't believe how much you guys workout. What do you do? I go to the gym like 5 times a week for 45 minutes and that is a lot for me to try and get in.

For me personally, I don't have kids to have to worry about so that helps. A normal day for me is:

Work out in the morning-either 30 Day Shred or a short Zumba class on the wii.

After work-I either go to the gym for a class or to use the elliptical or I will go for a run. (I am working on C25K)

Saturdays and Sundays since I have time, I will try to work out for 90-120 minutes.

Don't feel bad, I only worked out 3.75 hours last week as well and since my team is also the Steelers and they lost, grrr, I have to work out 4.75 hours this week too. I prefer to workout as soon as I wake up, if it is light enough outside a 2 mile run or 30-45 minutes of strength training, I have the most energy in the morning and that way it is done for the day. This week I have to do extra time after work which will be a challenge for me. I like my evenings for family time.

Still coming up with ideas for the weekly goal, but I have an idea for a mini weekly challenge. How about if all the members list their favorite team, (pro or college) and if their team loses they have to complete a mini challenge. Like a push up challenge, plank challenge and wall squats, things like. Just a little something to up the ante.

We could also do the mini challenges on a larger scale.

hit goal, by 4 minutes

    3-1

So I was thinking (for myself at least) to change it up for Week 5. It seems the few of us that are left are all picking out personal goals. So my personal goal for this week is to eat veggies everyday if my team loses, and 5 times this week if my team wins. My team is the Tennessee Vols. Don't know if they won...but I'll check...

They lost to their rival by 1 point!!! Damn Gators. Veggies 7 days this week!
