Hi, my overall goal is to lose 32lbs in 32 weeks as that would get me down to 10 stone in time for my holiday to Florida in May. My weigh in day is going to be a Thursday & I've already lost a pound since Monday so that's 1 down, 31 to go!! I aim to lose at least 1 pound a week so wish me luck!!
