Hello,
I have 2 questions that are semi-related.
I am up to squatting 105lbs, which I am really excited about. However, I notice my hips are hurting as I squat down. This is new. My husband and a trainer checked my form and said everything looks good so I am unsure what else I can do? Is this something accessory work would help with? Or is this something in my form I may be missing?
2nd question:
Adding on to accessories: I have added some reverse flies and lat pulldowns to help wiht my OHP stall but I would like to add a few more things--core work especially. Should I do accessory work every workout since it is only 3X/week? Should I do the same or alternate like I do with the 5X5 program?
Can anyone give me an example of what your A/B workouts look like with accessories?
Thanks!

Hips hurting could be a lot of idfferent things. Is it on the outside? You might just need to do some mobility work and warm-up a little more. Or maybe your toes are pointed out too far or not at all. Do you "bounce" at the bottom of the rep? Drop down without control? Do you actually break parallel? Do you bend forward a lot on the way up? Is your weight effectively on your heels? Are you doing low bar or high bar? (tl;dr - it's really hard to give advice if we don't see your form. Perhaps a video could help?)
As for #2 I'm gonna go the lazy way and just link you to the one I used to do. Although it IS a lot of volume. But it's an example of 5x5 with accessory work: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/jason-blaha-ice-cream-fitness-5x5-novice-workout0
