I have been working out, but I haven't posted it lately. Today is my day off of exercising. I have been doing the daily burn and eating a 1200 calorie diet. I went off of my diet for a month and a half. I gained 12 pounds because of stress eating. I have lost about 4 pounds so far exercising and sticking to a pretty strict diet since starting less than a week ago . I still started this time 20 pounds under my max weight, so... I have much more to do, but hopefully, with God's help, everything will work out in the end...
